Delivery charges apply for all (non project pack) flagstone and accessories orders in the UK.
For areas outside mainland UK please contact us for a delivery price.
Delivery can be arranged to the UK, Europe and Worldwide.
UK delivery can be anytime between 7am & 6.30pm. A timed delivery may be requested for an extra fee.
RESTRICTED ACCESS: Please inform us of any difficulty in accessing your property i.e. narrow roads, sharp bends, low bridges etc. - our standard service may not be suitable. If the driver is unable to gain access to your property, your pallets will be returned to the local depot, you will then have to make alternative arrangements at your own expense.
We can deliver from a single pallet up to a full articulated lorry load.
UK delivery is made by a lorry with tail-lift to kerbside. A pump pallet truck is used to transport the pallets from the tail-lift to the nearest hard-standing. If you have a gravel, shingle or other non hard-standing driveway, this will be kerbside. The driver is contracted to deliver to kerbside, any other areas will be at his own discretion. The driver is not responsible for handling the flagstones, please ensure you have assistance available to do so.
