Q. Can you use your flagstones outside?

A. Yes. All of our range of flagstones can be used outside, but we manufacture them at full thickness, between 45 - 50mm thick.

Q. What thickness is your internal stone range?

A. The Natural stone range is between 15 - 25mm thick, depending on the style of stone. Our Flagstone range is usually between 25-35mm thick. Our Flagstone range is reinforced with fibreglass for additional strength.

Q. Do you deliver?

A. Yes. We can arrange a nationwide delivery service. The cost of delivery will depend on the size of your order and your geograhical area.

Q, Do you have to seal the flagstones?

A. Yes, definitely for internal use. After sealed the flags are then waxed. High traffic areas may have to be re-waxed every 12 months or so.

Q. Can underfloor heating be used with your stone?

A, Yes. All of our internal range of stone is ideal for underfloor heating.

Q. How do you maintain them?

A. Very easily. A light mopping with a mild cleaner is all that is required.

Q. How long is your order time?

A. We usually require around six weeks. This is due to the fact that we do don't mass produce like most of the other companies. All our flagstones are hand crafted and specifically made to order.
